1. Correct operation can ensure that the goods can be preserved and transported in a perfect condition.
2. Preventive maintenance can minimize the costs of repairing and operating.
3. Proper packaging is essential for the protection of goods.
4. Set the temperature controller above the required temperature, and precooled the trunk for 1.5 hours to drain the heat remaining in the trunk; when loading, close the refrigeration unit and quickly load the goods.
5. Goods must be precooled to the required temperature and be checked at the time of loading; refrigeration units are used to maintain the temperature of goods, not to reduce the temperature of goods.
6. Even if the unit capacity exceeds the actual requirement, insufficient air circulation will be the main cause of deterioration of the goods; any blockage around the goods may lead to "hot spots".
7. Goods must be stacked on double-sided pallets; fresh-keeping pallets should not be covered with plastic film, which will block the circulation of cold air to the goods; and the floor under the goods should not be blocked.
8、Do not stack goods in front of evaporator outlet, otherwise it will hinder cold air flow; the blockage above the cargo will short-circuit of the the cold air flow. Keep a minimum distance of 225 mm between the top of the cargo and the roof of a
10 ton refrigerated truck.
9.The interior of 10 ton refrigerated truck must be kept clean; there should be no packing paper and paper scraps left on the ground; debris will hinder air flow or be inhaled by evaporator.
10. Handling properly; the refrigerator should be closed when the door of a 10 ton refrigerated truck opens; the opening time of the door should be shortened as far as possible; and the bar curtain should be used when loading and unloading goods. Use partitions to separate dry goods (empty basket) from perishable goods.
