A: We offer wooden case, steel frame packaging, or according to customer's demand.

Q: 2. Can I Visit Your Company?

A: Welcome, look forward to your arrival and we will pick up you from the airport and lead you to visit our factory .

Q: 3. Are You Trading Company Or Manufacturing Factory?

A: We are both trading company and manufacturer. We have our own factory for more than ten years, and we established a new trading company for better service of overseas customers. Welcome to send your inquiry!

Q: 4. How About The Delivery Time?

A: Generally, it will take 40 to 60 days after receiving your advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: 5. How Can You Guarantee The Product Quality?

A: We have the quality control system ISO9001:2008, and it's been followed strictly. We also have the professional QC team to guarantee the quality.

Q: 6. I'D Like To Know Your Payment Terms.

A: T/T 40% as deposit, and 60% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q: 7. How About Shipping?

A: Big size trucks always shipping by RORO or Bulk ship, small type can shipping by container.  Please contact us to get a shipping quotation.

Q: 8. Could Your Company Provide Customized Products?

A: Of course, we can provide the customized-designing product meeting with your demand.

Q: 9. Do You Have Any One In Stock?

A: In general, we don't have stock. Our products are all manufactured according to customers' requirements. So our products are all different and special.

Q: 10. Can You Give Us The Technical Drawing And Data?

A: Our products are all custom made. Usually you need to provide us with the drawings. And if you do not have it, some important data is also necessary. We can help you design it after we signed the contract and confidentiality agreement.

Q: 11. Do You Provide After-Sales Service?

A: Yes, we do. This product is guaranteed up to one year from purchase unless man-made damage. If there is anything wrong with product itself quality problem, we will change or repair it at our charge. If not, we will provide after-sales service at your charge.
